Skin needling, also known as microneedling or collagen induction therapy, uses controlled micro-channels to activate the skin’s natural repair response. This process supports renewed collagen and elastin activity, helping the skin gradually appear smoother, firmer and more refined.
Our studio uses XCellaris PRO TWIST, a professional German-engineered system developed by the creators of the original Dermaroller. Every TWIST® skin needling treatment is adjusted around the individual client rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. TWIST® is passed carefully across the selected treatment area to create controlled micro-channels and stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process.

Mask and LED Light Therapy
The appointment finishes with a calming mask and complimentary LED Light Therapy to help soothe the skin and support the recovery process.
Appointments usually take approximately one hour, including the mask and LED Light Therapy.

Following Your Appointment
Recovery and Aftercare
Temporary redness, warmth or sensitivity can occur immediately after skin needling. Depending on the treatment intensity and individual skin response, the area may appear similar to mild sunburn, and minor pinpoint bleeding may sometimes occur.
The skin will continue settling and renewing after the appointment. Your practitioner will provide personalised aftercare instructions and explain when to resume your usual skincare, makeup and normal activities.
The included mask and complimentary LED Light Therapy are used to help calm the skin and support the post-treatment experience.
