3. Appointments and Bookings

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full service fee being charged.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full payment being taken for the appointment.

• Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the appointment.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available for completed treatments. However, if you have concerns following your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them appropriately.

Deposits: Deposits made for certain services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
